Post 4: Engineering

There are many types of engineers including mechanical, civil, petroleum, electrical, computer and gentic engineers to list just a few. What does an engineer do? It varies depending on the branch, but in general they research and develope solutions to technical problems by applying the theories and principles of science and mathematics. Engineers contribute significantly to society and often have high salaries so if you are social and like science, math and technology and want to become an engineer yourself, go for it!

Post 3: Other Electonic Devices

Cell phones, cameras, I-pods, gaming devices, Mp3s and others are all super popular electronic devices. The average North American usually owns some one of, some of or all of the devices listed here. Cell phones are nifty, actually very important devices and gaming and music devices keep us very entertained and amused! Cameras, as I say again, are cool devices and if taking pictures is really you passion you can become a photographer for a living. Electonic devices are just amazing, they greatly enchance your life.

Post 2: Cameras

Theses devices are very popular and it's no surprise why. They store pictures which you can do tons of things with, photography is very popular, and some people even do it for a living. Cameras are often sold as individual units but are also often built into cellphone, computers and other devices like Nintendo DSis & XLs! Video cameras are used for making videos which many people upload to the popular video sharing website Youtube. They are also installed in many places for security to discourage crimes. Cameras back in the day often used film, but today digital is very popular. Cameras are cool!

Post 1: Social Networking Websites

Ah, social networking sites, how popular they are. They're very popular among internet users (and there's literally hundreds of millions of internet users!). According to ebizmba as of October 2010, the top most popular social networking websites are Facebook (this shouldn't at all be a surprise), Myspace (this one is pretty popular too), Twitter (the site that I hear numerous people say is so stupid and lame, sorry to those who think it's cool!), Linkedin (I honestly haven't really heard of this one), Ning (again, I peronally haven't really heard of this one either) and Tagged (yeah, I've heard of this one quite a lot). Truly interesting. So why is social networking so popular? Well, the main reason is communication. You also get to set up your own personal profile (be cautious what you put on it and try to keep it as private as possible, just a helpful suggestion!) and you can keep in touch with your friends and others anywhere you are over the internet! So, because the internet is extremely popular, and people often just love to social and keep in touch with others from all over, this is what makes social networking websites like Facebook so popular! Try not to get too hooked on them and always be aware of your cyber surroundings!
